Shipping policy

Handmade / Hand Adorned / Mad-to-order physical product orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another handy notification when your order has shipped.

All our small and medium parcels are sent with Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Your parcel will be with you 48 hours after you get your shipping notification, and will be tracked from our door to yours.

Digital downloadable products

A link will be emailed to your email address provided to us at checkout with a link to download your purchase. This usually happens instantaneously or within minutes of processing payment. If you have not received a link via your inputted email address at checkout, then first check your junk mail or spam folder. International Orders

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked and signed service. Delivery within Europe is aimed within 3-4 days after dispatch, and to the USA is 5-7 days after. Please check the Royal Mail website for countries outside of Europe and USA.

Refunds, returns, exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it’s original condition. We will send you a shipping label and refund the full amount when the product is received back to us in it’s original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us ASAP at cat@catkemble.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to come to a beneficial resolution.
