Ariana Grande Inspired Chunky Crochet Cardigan | Part 3 - Making the front sections

Welcome to part 3 of making an Ariana Grande inspired crochet cardigan.

In part 2 we made the back piece of our cardigan, and in part 3 we will be making the front sections.

MATERIALS:

All of the materials can be found on these Amazon links here:

• 8 skeins Lion brand wool ease thick & quick yarn 
• 10mm crochet hook, 6.5mm hook (N/P-15 and K-10.5)  
• Darning Needle

 

PART 3 PATTERN:

Front

Ch 25

Row 1: 23 Hdc (23sts)

Row 2: 23 Hdc flo. Do not turn, but chain another 18 sts. (41sts) You may want to add your stitch marker in the 24th stitch to remind yourself where the chain started.

 

Row 3: In 3rd chain from hook, 16 Hdc, then 23 Hdc flo (39sts)

 

Row 5-8: 39 Hdc flo (39 sts)

 

Repeat part 3 so you have two sides for the front.
